On April 10, 2023, a delegation of employees from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology visited the headquarters of IBM Poland. The meeting consisted of technical workshops dedicated to IBM technologies in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Internet of Things. This event is related to the initiation of discussions regarding the establishment of an IBM Competence Center at the Lublin University of Technology, with the planned location being the IT Tower building.
