International Student Conference "Let's MIT IT"

16.03.2026

About the Conference

The interdisciplinary conference “Let’s MIT IT” – including a poster session, oral presentation sessions (also available online), and a keynote lecture – is addressed to students, members of student research clubs, and young researchers, including international participants (active participation), as well as secondary school students, university students, and residents of Lublin (passive participation).

The initiative brings together people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and educational levels. It contributes to strengthening cultural openness in Lublin and promotes the dissemination of scientific knowledge among its residents.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format (on-site at Lublin University of Technology with the possibility to join online), free of charge for all participants. The venue is accessible to persons with disabilities, and the hybrid format enables participation for those who are unable to attend in person.

The event aims to foster cooperation between local government and the academic community and to promote Lublin as a center of academic initiatives of regional, national, and international significance. Thanks to the hybrid format, the possibility of presentations in English, and the invitation extended to international participants, the conference supports international engagement and intercultural dialogue. The participation of international attendees – both active and passive – will further contribute to strengthening the cultural openness of Lublin.

The conference will also promote science among the local community through open sessions and lectures with free admission for residents of Lublin and students of Lublin schools.

The event is carried out with the financial support of The City of Lublin, as part of the Academic Lublin Program.
